Rosa’s is a worker-owned pop up restaurant that brings the heart of New York and the soul of Puerto Rico into our cuisine: Nuyorican! All plant-based, we specialize in hot sandwiches on house baked bread. For savory and sweet snackers alike we also serve grilled skewers, tostones, pastries and fresh fruit drinks!
