Join Cully Farmers Market and Rocky Butte Farmers Market this year to access our food sharing program. Patrons of our markets that are receiving the following supplemental funding are able to participate in the program:

Each participating market has a different season length. Please keep in mind your accessibility to spend your tokens. Market schedules are as shown:

Cully Farmers Market‍ ‍
May - September, Thursdays from 4pm - 8pm
Rocky Butte Farmers Market‍ ‍

May - October, Saturdays from 9am - 1pm

FAQs

  • pahtl o’-pe-kwan, or “the Full Basket in Chinook wawa, is a food access program that aims to support community members in achieving access to fresh, healthy foods, right in their own neighborhoods from local farmers and producers.

  • Eligible participants need only to show proof of receiving any of the forms of government or public assistance listed above to receive $20 in market currency per market day, at both Cully and Rocky Butte Farmers Market. Participants will need to fill out a short, anonymous survey that will assist in data gathering to support the continuation of the the program in the future.

  • To receive Full Basket scrip (paper card vouchers) simply show up in person to the information booth at Cully Farmers Market and/or Rocky Butte Farmers Market.

  • Unfortunately, no. Tokens from last season represent a different stream of funding that we no longer have access to. Participants will receive new currency that note specific details on items that are purchase-eligible, and have an expiration date on them for the end of the 2026 season.
