Yá'át'ééh!

I am a Diné Adszááni (Navajo Woman), a Full Spectrum Doula, Indigenous Lactation Peer Counselor, and Childbirth Educator, who is firmly driven to support the community with my passion for plant relatives, wellness, reproductive health + justice, education, and sharing knowledge.

I come from a strong lineage of Diné who have passed down to me what it is to be an Indigenous person in this modern world we live in now and how imperative it is to reclaim our teachings and traditions while uplifting and empowering one another.

Community and supporting people and birthing families is everything to me, it is how we heal from the generational and historical traumas that we experience today.

I was born and raised in Tulsa, Ok, and have resided on Multnomah, Wasco, Cowlitz, Kathlamet, Clackamas, Chinook, Tualitin, Kalapuya, Molalla, and more lands ( Portland Metro) for the past 12 years with my husband, 2 children Sage and Sterlin, and my 2 cats Bev and Carol.
